How to optimize space and storage operation?
It’s always happens that we do not choose the right things to match each other. For example, you decide to put the heavy material in the soft container then what the result is that it’s broken. It’s very important how to decide matching, for best outcome. The same as how you store your products in your warehouse. It’s necessary to understand what type are your products: fast moving goods or slow moving goods. Then what storage type would best suit to your products in order to optimize space and increase storage operation. – that means you reduce your waste and gain more profit. Interroll will give you an idea to this; with a case study to understand more.
Mr. Grisorn Nakapong, Managing Director of Interroll (Thailand)
Grisorn has obtained his Engineering Degree in Materials Handling Technology from the King Mongkut's Institute of Technology, and MBA from the National Institute of Development & Administration. He has worked with Interroll for 19 years since 1993 in the role as Managing Director to manage, develop and grow the very important market for the Interroll in Thailand and Indochina market.
