Cách 1: Gừng-mật ong:

50g mật ong, 100 gừng tươi giã nhuyễn, 500ml nước. hâm sôi 15 phút, lọc bỏ buồn bực. Cho mật ong vào nước gừng quấy đều. mỗi ngày dùng 2 lần, mỗi lần một thìa coffe cho đến lúc hết ho.



Cách 2: Gừng và củ cải trắng:

10 miếng gừng tươi, 3 củ cải trắng làm sạch, xay lấy nước uống ngày 2-3 lần, mỗi lần khoảng 50ml, sau khoảng 3-4 ngày cơn ho sẽ giảm dần.

Cách 3: Chanh, gừng, mật ong:

Gừng, tách vỏ ép lấy nước, pha thêm 200ml nước sôi để nguội. thêm một thìa mật ong, 1 lát chanh mỏng tanh, khuấy đều có và uống hằng ngày trước khi ngủ và sau khi ăn sẽ tiêu giảm ho dần.

mặt khác còn có thể dùng các cách:

- 8g gừng tươi,15g tía tô, 20g hành, rau cải nấu với canh thịt – có tác dụng giải cảm, trị ho hiệu suất cao.

- Gừng già tươi 60g, rửa cho sạch xay (giã) nhuyễn. Mật ong 30g, ½ lít nước, đun 30 phút rồi chắt lấy nước uống. Uống một ly (50ml), ngày 2 lần.

- Gừng tươi 2 củ, rửa sạch, giã nhuyễn hòa với 200ml nước. Lọc bỏ buồn phiền gừng, rồi đập 1 quả trứng gà ta, chút đường trắng vào & khuấy đều rồi đun lên còn một nửa cốc uống mỗi ngày tới lúc hết ho.

- Cho gừng, tỏi vào ngâm dấm 1 tháng. mỗi lúc bị cảm hoặc ho gừng, tỏi ra ngậm gừng, tỏi tiếp đến nuốt sẽ hết.
