* Job Title: Human Resources Director
* Work location: Dist 2, HCM City
* Reporg Line: BOD
* Primary Objectives:
- To assume management responsibility for the operation and activities of the HR Department
- To manage and participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- To provide support and advice to the Board of Directors, senior managers, departments on employment law and personnel issues
* Duties:
- Monitor the performance of, and provide advice and support to, all HR activities
- Develop/Monitor/Review company regulation, policies, procedure, and proper Carrier Path & Salary system
- Manage the advertising and interviewing process for all vacancies through to the offer of employment
- Manage and control all disciplinary procedures to ensure that labour law is strictly adhered to
- Liaise with managers and supervisors to identify training needs, source suitable providers and arrange courses, travel and accommodation
- Develop and review the performance appraisal system for all employees and monitor the effective completion of appraisals for their staff by departmental managers
- Counsel management, supervisors, and employees regarding performance issues and employee relations problems - Assist managers with analysing problems, identifying alternative solutions and discussing consequences of proposed actions
- Stay abreast of new legislation, trends and innovations in the field of personnel and ensure compliance with government laws and regulations
- Conuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel policies and procedures; identify opportunities for improvement and review with senior management the implementation of improvements
- Ensure that all monthly payments in respect of tax, pensions and salaries are correct and paid on time
- Be in charge of social insurance, health insurance for all staff (updag, tracking, reporg and claiming insurance)
- Carry out any other duties that may be requested from time to time
